You will report in the Administration Manager and cover a busy and front facing reception. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly demeanour and most importantly be able to deal with enquiries in a confident, professional manner.
You will need to be able to fulfil the following tasks and responsibilities;
- Switchboard, up to 20 lines
- Front of house reception
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Assisting with general administration tasks will on reception, including filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Diary management
- Booking appointments and arranging meeting rooms Ideally you will have held a similar role previously and can complete the outlined responsibilities of this role under limited supervision.You will also need to have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ideally you will have your own transportation.
