Sonic Air Conditioning Unit fitted in the upstairs hall ceiling above the stairs which circulates lovely cool fresh air around the house. Great for summer months. Can be turned off during colder months.
Gas central heating, double glazed, new electrical wiring throughout the house. Low cost electricity.
Decor - we have fully stripped all the layers of paper off the walls in every room and put up lining paper and painted. So the walls are nicely smooth and clean. Two of the bedrooms have been newly wallpapered. Stripped all the old layers of paint off the woodwork all around the hallway and repainted it all white.
