Job description:
An exciting opportunity to become head chef of a new independent bar located just outside of the city centre. We are looking for someone with previous experience to come and help create a menu that is fresh, different and individual, offering good quality for good value. Ideal candidates must show a willingness to take on board constructive criticism in order to help progress the business further. Duties will include ordering of stock, maintaining G.P, Staff hiring, Menu design, continuity planning, maintaing food and hygiene standards, negotciating with suppliers.

Qualifications:
All applicants must have an up to date food hygiene certificate, any other qualifications e.g. NVQ would be preferred but not essential.
