A unique & dynamic combination of Yoga, Martial Arts & Meditation, along with dietary advice, designed to create a lithe toned body and an alert stress free mind.
After the media attention to the holistic type of programmes keeping the starlets such as Anniston & Cox in shape, and the ever present praise for various yoga routines from the likes of Maddonna and Halliwell in America, our own ‘home grown’ UK system has emerged.
Taking up where the others left off and incorporating the best of the best, adding essentials like warm ups and cool down, along with our own blend of body motion & movement to work and stretch muscles, strengthen our central core stability & improve balance to create a fit & healthy, strong & supple, lithe & toned body. Without having to look like a bodybuilder or American wrestler.
Because of the ‘whole body’ workout achieved: the kicks, punches, lunges, turns & acceleration of power etc of martial arts such as Karate & Taekwondo, produce some of our fittest athletes. For building dynamic muscle & toning the body there is very little to match it.
To cultivate this muscle generation, Yoga reigns supreme. Not concerned with creating explosive power and movement, it follows the breath on an internal journey through the body to ease & stretch, flex & tone. Bringing a suppleness & flexibility to the muscles – shaping them into a lithe working toned body. The flowing movements of Astanga giving a fluid & graceful range of motion motion to the healthy body.
The practice of meditation allows you to gain the most from your training. Helping to clear the mind, allowing it to focus on the issues at hand (the here and now), it is an invaluable aid to both training & everyday life. It brings an unrushed quietness & calm to these hectic stressful times of ever increasing goals, deadlines & multi tasking, enabling you to cope with calm focus in times of stress & crisis.
Combining the essential elements together in a logical & practical way for an holistic whole body & mind approach to healthy living gives you the chance to embrace life with a grace & vitality not normally achieved through isolated body only orientated programmes. Taking the natural and established methods not normally found in the west and doing away with machines we create the perfect way to keep fit and healthy in harmony with body mind nature and life.
