This is a very varied and hands on role. The sucessful candidate will be smart, friendly, outgoing and very keen to learn a wide range of new skills, and be willing to cover Office Duties, including Purchase Ledger, Reception Duties, Sage Accounts, and Conference Administration. Basic Hours are 37.5 per week, but there will be occasions when evening work will be expected. Initiative will also be a prerequisite.

We are seeking a very exceptional person, must be numerate and a very good communicator in English language, and have used Excel spreadsheets.

We are a prestidgeous organisation, established in Sheffield for 300 years. We offer a truly excellent working environment, in brand new purpose built accomodation.

We will provide training in all aspects of the position, as well as a competitive salary for the right person, after a three months probationery period .
