Due to a housemate leaving University, we are looking for a student for the 5th bedroom for this house in Khartoum Road.
It has a bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor, and 2 attic bedrooms.
There is a bathroom with bath, shower, WC and also a separate toilet.

It is an ideal location for Sheffield Hallam students, particularly being so close to Collegiate Campus. The University of Sheffield is only a 15 minute walk away.
