Area Manager Learning Disabilities
Area Manager, Learning Disabilities, Newark, Nottinghamshire - Salary £38-40K + Pension + Bonus + Life Insurance + Private Health
We are looking for an Area Manager to provide management for the Area Office including supervision of overall clinical, development, operational, financial and administrative functions. To assist senior managment in matter of strategic planning, company standards and policies and procedures.
You may be required to provide direct clinical services, as appropriate, for partial caseload, and provide back up and assistance to other clinical personnel in their direct service responsibilities.
Qualifications
A Professional Qualification is essential and a minimum of five years experience within the social care sector of which at least two years should be at a managerial level.
