i have a 2 bed in shirecliffe.boynton road, in a quiet cul de sac only 12 houses on the road inc mine, on the same road as watercliffe meadow new school so any children not in the school yet will get top priority as my little boy did only took 1 week to get him in and they are full and a long waiting list for those who are not in the catchment area. fully modernised, laminate in living room, carpeted bedrooms, nicely decorated leaving all blinds, new carpets and laminate. nice size garden, outside tap, end house. living room has been plastered and painted magnolia while the chimney breast has been papered which is easy to change. security lights on side of house, alarm on house whats already included in rent, great neighbours as only one is joined on the other we share a path with. i am wanting a 2/3 bed in shirecliffe, parson cross southey genuine reason for moving please e-mail me on hague0114@hotmail.com 07855540767
