Our client requires a Technical Officer to carry out survey work on the portfolio of property they hold, for a 6month temporary contract.



You will be expected to carry out utility surveys and room inspections to collect data for the department to be used in conjunction with other services.



Upload and format in reports for the department.



This is an ideal opportunity for graduates to obtain work experience in a difficult market place, relevant surveying experience is not necessary but is encouraged.



Immediate interview and start is available for the position.



LTD/UMB pay rate: £7.00 per hour

Paye: £6.25 per hour
