3 bed semi-detached house at Mansfield Woodhouse exchange to sheffield

The house is situated off the road with an excellent school next door, to look at the house you wouldn't think it was a council property as it's a good looking house, the neighbours are great, the front garden is extremely big and the back yard is a decent size both gardens are enclosed, the house has an alarm, 3 spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom upstairs, a toilet downstairs, 2 big storage cupboards, a decent sized kitchen which has not long since had new cupboards, worktops etc, decent sized living room and hallway, really quiet as the house is situated off the road, It had brand new carpets throughout just before xmas 2008 so I would be looking for decent carpets in the exchange property as these have just cost me 800 not long since. All I want is a 3 bed house with a garden in or around Sheffield area anything considered as I need to be closer to my family in Sheffield. No time wasters please my number is 07544279129 thanks Lauz
