Hi,

This is a great double room in a great house avalible from around 12 December. The other housemates are mostly medical students, there is one engineer as well! Currently there is one girl in the house but she's in the room so it will be all boys.

It's a really nice house - reputedly the best house in Crookesmoor! The reason I'm not using it is I am taking a year out studying at a different university and this was decided post house choice!

The other boys are really nice, it's very chilled out - huge lounge overlooking conduit road, big TV, etc.

Very close to university and hospitals!

Washer/Dryer, big freezer, nice garden at the back for BBQ.

There is a garage and space for 2 cars parking outside.
