The house has gas central heating, and double glazing throughout. Plus wireless broadband internet. There is also a large lawned garden at the back.

The house is a few minutes walking distance away from bus stops, a 24hrs Spar, local Tesco, local parks, and Eccelsall Road. Also ideally situated for the city centre which is about 10 mins away by bus, or about 25mins if you walk.

As for us, we are young professionals, in our early to mid 20's, who like a laugh and are easy to get on with.
