You will work closely with my client's engineers and customers ensuring any technical queries or problems are dealt with efficiently. You will schedule the day to day workload for engineers, and provide instructions for the dispatch of parts and track and monitor engineers progress. · Previous experience of working in a call centre or customer service environment
