Job Description

Establishing a market by visiting retailers and maintaining a relationship with them. Organising distribution and logistics. Liasing with the bakers on production issues related to sales. Helping with strategic sales planning.


Person Specification
A motivated, enthusiastic person with good person skills and an established record in sales. Must be able to communicate fluently. Must be numerate , well-organised and willing to help out in the bakery at busy times Must have driving licence. Knowledge of artisan food sector an advantage. Only serious applications please.
