A Sheffield based online lighting distribution and retailer urgently require a customer services/Telesales Agent to join their Heeley based office team.

The position would start as a temporary assignment with a view to being made permanent. The pay rate would be negotiable, 15-20 hours per week with flexible daytime hours, Monday to Friday only.

Speaking to regular and new customers, inbound and outbound calls.

Taking orders and dealing with enquiries. Logging orders into the computer and taking payments using a Sage-pay system.

Full in-house training will be given.

Applicants should have previous experience of dealing with people over the telephone.

They must have excellent communication skills, be numerate and have competent computer skills.

Enthusiasm and reliability are essential, as is working as part of a team.
