A superb opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join this stylish, highly reputable, premium Health Club.
Your track record of achievement will include managing a successful sales team, business development, to both the corporate and residential markets, and experience of implementing a strategic marketing plan. You will be an exceptional man-manager; totally sales driven with a proven record of excellence in smashing targets. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, who is confidently able to implement new and innovative ideas to maximise quality leads for prospective members.
Analytical and focused, you will have the ability to carefully monitor your team’s performance, as well as the success of marketing and promotional activities, implementing any remedial action as required.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years direct sales management experience, ideally but not exclusively in leisure or hospitality. There is a lot of scope for career progression within this market leader, and highly competitive package. Preference will be shown to those who currently live in Sheffield, and have a strong local corporate knowledge.
Basic salary circa £25k + commission (Realistic first year OTE £38k)
