Resort Operations Manager £40,000 Hotel Lincolnshire
This fantastic property in Lincolnshire are currently looking to recruit a Resort Operations Manager. The property is recently refurbished and is doing incredibly well. You will have the support of an excellent team of staff and the company have excellent development opportunities available. This hotel is part of a nationwide group of hotels.
Job Description
This property has a very healthy turnover with the majority of its business coming from their Leisure guests. The property is set in acres of Woodland and encompasses a championship golf club, leisure and spa facilities, 3 restaurants, relaxing lounge area, 188 bedrooms and 12 conference rooms. Within the role of Operations Manager you will be required to report directly to the GM and manage and motivate an extremely capable and stable team of HOD's. You will be extremely effective in controlling costs and revenue.
Required Experience
* You must have excellent people development skills.
* Previous experience within a resort hotel or a property with extensive health and leisure is essential
* This is not a suitable position for a first time Operations Manager
* This role could suit a GM from a smaller property looking to move into a larger branded property. You would still need previous experience with health and leisure orientated properties though.
* You should have long term aspirations to be a GM for a large branded property
Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is £40,000. Bonuses of 15% of your salary can be achieved and company benefits include 25 days holiday, pension, free use of leisure facilities and free car parking.
