I have four bedrooms available to rent in a really nice terraced house in Crookes, S10. The house is ideal for both students and young professionals.

The house is fully furnished. Three of the rooms for rent are doubles and one is a single. The double rooms are £55 per week and the single room £44 per week.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are all very nice too. The house has wireless internet, phone, tv etc. The location is nice and quiet and parking is always available outside the house.

The house is a short walk to the city centre (about 15 mins) and even less to the University.
