- We are looking for an RMN or RGN for a permanent Deputy Manager vacancy in a high quality nursing home in Chesterfield.
- The service provides nursing and EMI / dementia care for elderly people.
- The successful applicant will manage nursing care for a caseload of service users.
- The role will involve working 40 hrs per week - one shift will be super numerary.
- You will be required to alternate on call with the home manager.
- As standard the role will be Monday to Friday but some weekend working may be required.
- Experience and empathy working with elderly service users is essential.
- You will need to work in line with current legislation and guidelines.
- You must be NMC registered with a current PIN.
- You should be able to work on your own initiative to lead a team.
