We have a single room to rent for £50 per week until end of September in an excellent location in Netherthorpe (just a short roll down the hill from the Arts Tower). The house is ideally placed for access to the University of Sheffield (5 min walk), West Street (5 min walk) and the train station etc.

The house is in excellent condition with good sized kitchen, huge lounge / dining area, downstairs lavatory and bathroom (too be shared by two people as one room has en suite). Garden is enormous and will be excellent for barbeques etc when the weather finally warms up.

Although the bedroom is on the small side the house and location more than make up for it and both housemates are happy for whoever rents to make use of a wardrobe and storage space outside of the room.

Room is available immediately. The contract will run until end of September in the first instance however I'm keen to extend for another year if I can find two other housemates for that period until Sept 2009.

Two other housemates are an post grad engineering student from Ecuador and a (British) young 'professional'. We are looking for a young professional (no students for council tax reasons) who is sociable and... well thats the only criteria really!
