This outstanding 4 star hotel in the Heart of Sheffield is currently looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Manager. The hotel is part of a nationwide group of hotels, has a beautiful, sophisticated interior and many original features.

Job Description
As Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for:-
* Restaurant - serving breakfast lunch and dinner. This restaurant serves quality fresh food and sources its produce locally and on a seasonal basis.
* Bar - contemporary design, serving breakfast and light lunches
* Terrace area opening out onto a courtyard, serving drinks and light refreshments
* Room Service/Mini Bars
* 5 Conference and Banqueting rooms seating from 20 theatre style to 60 banqueting. You will be catering for a mix of both corporate and wedding guests
* You will be responsible for all stock control, wage costs and budgets
* You will be supported by two supervisors and a team of approx 12 staff members

Required Experience
* As this unit is relatively small, this may suit someone looking for a step into Food and Beverage Management providing you have had previous financial experience
* We are ideally looking for candidates from a quality hotel background where attention to detail is key and the food and beverage offering is freshly prepared
* A mix of both banqueting and restaurant experience is desirable

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is £22,000- £23,000. Bonus and group discounts are also part of the package.
