We are a small country inn which has been newly refurbished to an excellent standard with deluxe rooms. We are looking for a strong CDP to work with our Head Chef who has cooked to 3 rosette standard and is looking for accolades at this newly opened property. You will be required to cover for the Head Chef on his days off and you will be working 5 days from 7 which will include evenings and weekends. You must be passionate and willing to learn and in return you will receive a competitive salary and a share of the gratuties scheme, meals on duty and endless possibilities for career progression.Staff accommodation may be available but will not be on site.
