Chef de partie required to work within a busy
hotel kitchen. As Chef De Partie you will
be required to assist the brigade in the
cooking and preparation of the food. You
will also assist the senior members of the
brigade in the training and motivation of
the junior members of the team and help
them to keep to the standards that the
Head Chef expects.
