i am wanting to exchange from my 3 bedroom council bungalow to any nice seaside town

i have a 3 bedroom bungalow in high green
with walk in shower 2 double bedrooms & one single bedroom a newly modernised kitchen
with a gas hob & an electric oven .
outside has a driveway & garage 2 very large front & back gardens
our bungalow is in a quite village
with 3 infant schools more or less on your doorstep
& a comprehensive school a 15 minute drive away !
there is also a chippy , Chinese , pubs , local shops ,hardware store , threshers ,dental surgery ,doctors. & a local park
all within walking distance
with 3 woodland walks less than 5 mins away
we are not far from the canals if you like that sort of thing

i also have a lady who has a 3 bedroom house in kent,deal
with dining room
it dose need decorating but that's all
its a lovely cosy terrace house with a nice size garden
if you have a 3 bed bungalow or a larger house with 3 or more bedrooms
& would like to move to Kent
