Driven team leader with a desire to progress to Food & Beverage Manager should match the following:
Job purpose:
To assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the smooth running of the operation. Ensure the delivery of Premier Inn standards
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Assist in the daily running of the Food & Beverage Department to ensure that Premier Inn standards are maintained.
2. To assist in the recruitment, training and development of all team members.
3. Lead and motivate the team on a daily basis to assist in the maintaining of Premier Inn standards.
4. Maximise profit through effective stock control through effective ordering, stock rotation and stock taking.
5. Ensure all the team understand and are working to all health & safety, food safety, hygiene, fire and security policies.
As a team leader you may also be given other accountabilities.
6. Planning the rotas according to occupancy to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved.
7. Monitoring of the food stocks, maintaining adequate stock levels and controls in order to achieve profit targets.
8. Ensure all products and equipment are maintained, used and stored correctly to assist in the control of Food & Beverage costs
