Looking for a new activity for the two of you?

What about a lovely class with your baby learning to massage them, practicing baby yoga with them and learning how to help your baby with little things that make them cry such as wind and colic? It's a great way to deepen the bond with your baby and understand then on a higher level.

Our classes cover off all of these areas and will help you with your post natal recovery using yoga asana(exercise), breathing and relaxation techniques.
