Our client a public sector authority are seeking an individual to join their team to manage the ever expanding development areas of transport.  Constructing appraisals, while prioritising strategies to improve public transport, establish necessary funding in order to meet  the Business Plan objectives.







- A degree, transport qualification or equivalent professional attainment

- understanding of European, UK and regional economic and development policy and best practice

- A clear decision maker, cohesive and influential individual

- Ability to react to market conditions
