General Manager – Funky Nightclub

leading entertainment nightclub & bar operator. An excellent opportunity to be a General Manager for a dynamic and forward thinking company.We are looking for a Manager at the top of their game, with a love of style, music, service, cocktails, champagnes, and everything to do with the high-end late nightclub scene.

The role:

The General Manager is to be responsible for all aspects of managing the unit.

The General Manager is tasked with constantly challenging the current operation and researching new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability in their business.

Overall responsibility for ensuring the unit is operated and maintained to maximise profitability while ensuring that company standards, policies and procedures are maintain.

Responsible for management level direct reports and all people management responsibilities.

Ensure departmental financial targets are set and communicated for all members of the management team.

Lead weekly Management meetings using detailed, pre-prepared feedback in regards to the unit performance as a whole.

The person:

The successful applicant will already be operating at General Manager or Senior Deputy level within the late night industry

Must be able to generate promotion and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability in the venue as a whole.

Be able to motivate and work with a team

Outstanding music knowledge & understanding of current trends.

Must be passionate about service standards & product presentation.

Demonstrate full understanding and control of the Profit and Loss accounts and identify and solve any problems that affect sales and profit.

Ability to delegate, priorities and handle pressure

Motivated to succeed

A personal licence holder
