two bed mosdernised for 3 bed

i have a two bed house in longly/southey area. the street is very quiet with the park at the end of the road. i have lived here for over 3 years and really like the area. im wanting to swap for a 3 bed house or a larger two bed as im wanting to extend my family and the house is far too small. i would like to live closer to town so hilsbro, crookes walkley, netheredge etc would be ideal for me or anywhere thats closer to work. my house has been fully modernised with kicthen and bathroom, double glazing and doors and grit cladding on the outside. i have a front and back garden that ive started to re-do but with work commitments its a very slow process. one neighbour are a young couple who own the house and the other side has a young man whos rarely in so theres no noise, apart from my toddler. theres a number of doctors, bus routes, co op, tesco's and schools. for any more info please email me. thanks
