As a Centre Manager in Barnsley, you will be responsible for maximising the centre facilities and delivering training and support back in to the work place to the highest standard. To do this you will need to lead and inspire a dedicated team of staff, who are passionate about improving peoples lives. An understanding of the Welfare to Work programme, would be useful but more importantly you will share our values be genuine people person and have the ability to engage with all stakeholders effectively.
