The Company

My client is a leading hotel organisation and are looking for a Financial Controller.

The Role

You will be looking after the finance function of the entire business. Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive the business forward. It will be your role to identify and rectify any anomalies with the accounts. You will do all month end reports for the hotel while supervising a small finance team. You will work with the general manager in creating the business plan and ensuring the targets of the company are met. We require somebody who has worked within the hospitality environment in a similar role. You will need to understand how hotels function and how that is relayed into accounts. You will be proficient in doing month end accounts and have experience of supervising staff.

Salary & Benefits

£28-35k
