We're 3 girls looking for 2 housemates, 2 large double rooms available since unfortunately our 2 friends who were meant to live with us dropped out of uni. We're uni of Sheffield 1st years going into 2nd year, all pretty easy-going!
The location is a pretty close walk to either uni on Thompson Road, off Ecclesall Road S11 postcode, about 10/15 mins walk to Uni of Sheffield and 5/15 mins away from Hallam depending on the campus. The contract is £55 per week, with £150 deposit and a really easy-going landlord. Contract starts 1st July as a 12 month contract but any time after 1st July is still ok.
