I'm a young male professional looking for a house share in rotherham.

I'm a reasonably tidy, quiet person. I'd like a friendly housemate(s), who I can socialise with at times. Happy to socialise in the evenings and weekends. Enjoy music, films, and generally having a laugh. Would prefer a house with other working professionals. I generally work from 8.30 - 5.00 weekdays so always up and about pretty early, although its more a case of get up and rush straight out.

Please get in touch with details of other occupants, rent required incl/excl bills, facilities available in the house etc. Would prefer internet access. A non smoking house but don't mind if occupants smoke just not in the house.
