The cafe has huge potential for outside catering and expansion. You have immediate custom as the site has recently become the new headquarters for the Barnsley Primary Care Trust housing approximately 150 personnel. There is also 20 units on the site and obviously external business units surrounding the area.

As the licence agreement is on a monthly term no lengthy leases have to be committed to and no solicitors fees are required as all the leases are done through the business centre. Longer term leases can be signed but is entirely down to the new proprieter.

This is a great opportunity but due to family commitments I cannot manage the shop as I would have wished. There is a full time member of staff in the shop and I have 2 part timers although the staff would be totally up to the new owner.
