Job Description
This property has a very healthy turnover with the majority of its business coming from their Leisure guests. The property is set in acres of Woodland and encompasses leisure and spa facilities, great restaurants, relaxing lounge area, over 100 bedrooms and many conference rooms.
Within the role of Restaurant Manager you will be required to report directly to the Food Services Manager and work with an extremely capable and stable team of HOD's.

Required Experience
Experience in a quality hotel or restaurant background is essential
Rosette experience an advantage
Team management experience essential
Perfect presentation and standards
Passion for quality and fresh food
Flair and drive

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is £18000 - £20000 and also has the added benefit of up to 20% HOD bonus. All the usual group hotel benefits will also apply to this role.
