Ive got a 2 bedroom house at Shiregreen, Sheffield. I want to exchange, for a 2/3 bed any areas in Sheffield.

Recently modernised, new windows, doors, interior doors, fireplace with electric fire, new bathroom in white, 2 WCs, new kitchen beech units black worktops.

Modern deco. Mainly neutral. Front bedroom is massive. All the rest are average sized, would suit a couple with 1 kid or a couple, even a single person.

Low rent/council tax.

On a regular bus route 47/48, also 88 next road along. Every 10/12mins.
Shops 2 mins away, literally. Co-op, premier, chemist, takeaways, hairdressers, tanning shop, sandwich shop... Doctors 2mins away.

Fenced and gated off garden. Driveway with double metal gates.

Its a Sanctuary house, with a local housing office so any needs are 2mins down the road. 24hr repair line too. Very good housing association.

Areas considered; Parsons Cross, Ecclesfield, Longley, Norwood, Shirecliffe, Chapeltown, High Green... ~Also, anywhere on a tram route or very very good bus route, needed for commitments. Pref areas stated but please feel free to offer anywhere you may have. Not really a reason for moving, just dont want to live here anymore. Neighbours are great, eldery so no mad raving couples.
