We are a couple and looking for a flat or two bedrooms shared house in hillsborough, crookes, walkley, broomhill or ciry centre. I am a PhD student. We are clean, quiet and friendly people. :-)

Idealy the rent for flat should be around 400 pcm or less and for house to share should be around 300 pcm more or less.
