Spacious double room in 4 bed house on west edge of Sheffield (Bents Green). Share with owner (walker/climber) and his A-level student son. Bills included (rates, gas, elec, wifi). 5 minutes walk to the Bents Green shops and 81/82 bus terminus. Lovely back garden. Great walking straight out into the country. I'm a free-lance management trainer/coach. Central heating, wood-burning stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, lots of storage space in garage and large attic. We pretty much vegetarian so it may be easier if you are but not too fussy about this. Ideally looking for longer term lodger. My 17 year old son has one more year to go in the sixth form and spends about half his time at this house. If you share an interest in outdoor activities that would be a bonus. I'd describe the house as easy going rather than very neat and tidy! Prefer you to be 21 or over.
