I am looking for a 3-4 bed house for myself, my wife and our cat, we are moving down from Leeds and need a place to live

It must be in the Abbeydale, Nether Edge, Meersbrook area.

Ideally needs to be unfurnished/part furnished due to us having all furniture, but not essential.

Must accept a clean house cat and ideally be in a quite road so not on Abbeydale Road. We would also like a garden

We would be more than happy to provided references etc
