Theme for the weekend will be
Ground Fighting
This will be an introduction course for those who have never practised ground fighting before and advanced techniques for those who have.


Cost for seminar will be:
£30 for 1 day or 40 for 2 if deposit paid before 1st September
or £35 for 1 day £50 for 2 days on the day.
