3 bedroomed terraced house hillsborough

i have a 3 bedroomed terraced house. its 2 minutes from hillsborough park.its the only council house left which is nt bought.across from park hotel public house.its got4 floors.cellar,small kitchen then leading into breakfast bar/dining room,@ side would have been top of cellar.been made into computor room.down to cellar is trap door.from diner is stairs but straight through is living room.your front door is there to.we do not use it but easy acsess.upstairs is to right front bedroom with built in cupboard.straight across is small bedroom.easy single bed in it.next is corridor to toilet/bathroom.overhead shower.next isattic stairs which is quite big.this to us is main bedroom.still decorating and doing renovations.we have lived here for11 years.we ve been happy here and in no rush to move.we just want a change.the garden is not big but its ok.we have manmade bbq a shed and rabbit hutch.its all flag stoned.we ve always wanted bigger garden but bein 2 mins from park no problem.it would have to be a house that felt good for us to move.we want 3 bedroomed house with garden.modernised.only want good areas with good links to schools and transport.our heating is on a combi-boiler.
